Sweetness

Faith LOVES sweet potatoes. Now that she is eating (happy happy joy joy), these are her favorite. Knowing they are a "superfood" but not exactly why I decided to research and besides the multiple nutritional values I learned that:
"In South America the juice of red sweet potatoes is combined with lime juice to make a dye for cloth. By varying the proportions of the juices, every shade from pink to purple to black can be obtained."
So cool! I want to learn how to do this and be one of those people who sell Green clothing!
